Interfacial Know How

Goldschmidt's outstanding core competence is the comprehensive knowledge of the processes at solid-liquid-gas interfaces. The product range consists of performance additives, processing aids and chemical intermediates, all based on organo-modified silicones, organic oligomers and oleochemical derivatives.

This product range provides the basis on which the Business Units Care Specialties and Oligomers & Silicones supply their customers with tailor-made products and system solutions. With that the Business Units are at the forefront of technology for many diverse applications in industrial and consumer goods markets - e.g. for polyurethane foams, paints, printing inks, plastics, personal care products, detergents, polishing and cleaning agents, fabric softeners as well as release coatings for self-adhesive products.
