SITREN^® P 750 and SITREN^® P 755 – New powdery water repellents for dry mortar applications leaving nothing to be desired

Degussa’s business line Goldschmidt Industrial Specialties introduces its new high performance powdery water repellents: SITREN^® P 750 and SITREN^® P 755 efficiently provide durable water repellence to cement based mortar systems such as plasters, renders, tile grouts and powder paints. SITREN^® P 750 and SITREN^® P 755 amend the existing portfolio (SITREN^® P 730 and SITREN^® P 740) to serve demanding applications and to fulfil high expectations.

SITREN^® P 750 is an universally applicable modified silane/siloxane based powdery water repellent additive for dry mortar systems. SITREN^® P 755 is an alkoxysilane based powdery water repellent additive particularly designed for applications in which esthetical aspects are crucial (e.g. dark tile grouts).

In contrast to common stearates SITREN^® P 750 and SITREN^® P 755 provide long term performance. Moreover, SITREN^® P 750 sets new standards regarding beading and water repellence. Additional benefits of both additives are:
